One immutable Uniswap v4 hook runs the whole system. You post ETH + ECHO; the hook re-lends the pool's own seed liquidity against your collateral, loop after loop, until the geometry runs out, capped at ~2.53×. No outside lender, no oracle, no admin keys. The ceiling is math, not a switch.
